Resellers are divided into two categories:
Preferred work on a referral basis. At this level of involvement, the requirements are minimal. Simply identify an opportunity, qualify the lead and their interest level, and pass it along to the Paper-Less marketing organization. From there the Paper-Less sales organization will engage to see the opportunity through to close. This plan pays fees to partners who only intend to generate leads and pass along opportunities.
Premier support the sale and the sales process, but rely upon Paper-Less for the majority of the product knowledge. Supporting the sales process implies qualifying the opportunity, positioning the Paper-Less company and Paper-Less Products, understanding project timeframes, determining return on investment opportunity, positioning for and coordinating demonstrations, and helping to close the business. Detailed product knowledge is not necessary at this level. Paper-Less resources may be called upon to provide product knowledge to support the sales process and demonstration requirements. As product knowledge builds, Partners may consider progressing to a Preferred System Integrator level.
